These broadband phone plans all include unlimited calling to the United States and Canada. Some of the plans also offer other areas with free service, like Mexico, Western Europe and Asia. If you make a lot of international calls, make sure that you compare the plans so that you find one with free calling to the countries you call the most.
Most VoIP plans come with Caller ID, Voice Mail, Call Waiting and more. They also usually come with a web interface that lets you manage your account online. The one feature that I like the best is having your voice mails emailed to you. It's way easier to just click on an email and listen to your voice mails, that it is to pick up the phone and do it manually. (Wow, I'm getting lazy!)
